The Buyer and/or User, collectively referred to as the “User,” acknowledges that all products and chemical compounds purchased from California Compounds are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research use only, and are not for human, animal, or veterinary consumption, administration, application, or misuse.

California Compounds, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, collectively referred to as the “Company,” assume no responsibility for, and shall not be held liable for, any handling, application, storage, or consequences arising from the misuse or unauthorized use of any products purchased.

The User releases and forever discharges the Company from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or legal action resulting directly or indirectly from the use, application, or misuse of products purchased. The User further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against liability resulting from any alternative use or handling not explicitly authorized by the Company in writing.

Final Sales: All approved sales are final once a transaction is completed and processed. Products cannot be returned and payments are non-refundable.

Authorization of Purchase: The User authorizes California Compounds to charge the approved payment method for the confirmed total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Chargeback Prohibition: The User agrees not to file a dispute or chargeback for a completed purchase and acknowledges that doing so breaches this agreement.

Direct Dispute Resolution: The User agrees to contact California Compounds directly and exclusively regarding product, fulfillment, or shipping issues so they may be handled in good faith.
